Apple-branded lingerie?

Wednesday was the last full day of school for the kids, so Kay asked me to take her out for our “last lunch”. We went to our local mall, which has been redone in a big way. As we wandered looking for food, we passed a boarded-up area reading, “Apple store, coming Winter 2004″. Yesss! I know this will sound whiny to those outside of Silicon Valley, but the closest Apple retail store is *sniff* 15 miles away. The new store will be 5 miles away… and right next to Frederick’s of Hollywood! What a perfect combination — does shopping get any better?
