According to the FTC Ruling for Bloggers, I need to tell you that I make a little money blogging — specifically, if you click through my links and choose to buy something.
I’m certainly not getting rich from blogging (at least, not yet)! But I do pay some bills to do my blogging — for domains, for hosts, for tools. So anything that comes in makes my wife that much less concerned about what I pay for my hobby. ![]()
These are the principles that guide any affiliate links I use on this blog:
- I’m not going to flog you with random junk! When I endorse something, it’s because I believe it could be valuable for you.
- I’m not going to explicitly call out each link. Instead, for any seller listed below, my links to them are affiliate links. For example, each Amazon link is an affiliate link.
- If I receive free material in exchange for publicizing it, I’ll let you know when I write about it.
Note that if you click through to a product, then buy it (or anything else) from that seller, it costs you nothing extra.
…Say, you can help me out! Why not turn this into a virtual tip jar for this blog, and start your shopping here! In other words, if you’re going to buy something anyway, start by clicking on a link below.
