[Elf movie poster]A few of us went to see Elf after the Sunday morning church gig. It was delightful, and the kids sure had a great time. But I must be some kind of freak, in that I can’t watch a simple movie without looking for a spiritual message. And for me, the message was clear: Unless you become like a little child, you will never see the kingdom of God.

    We just went and saw it last night – had a blast. It really is a fun, sweet movie, and we laughed a lot!
