Jim WallisHey folks in the Bay Area: Jim Wallis, founder of Sojourners, is coming to town! He will be at Menlo Park Presbyterian Church on Sunday, February 27th at 7:00pm.

Doggone, our bi-weekly Dungeons & Dragons game is scheduled for that evening… Well, you should go! (If you can’t go, you’ll just have to watch his segment on the The Daily Show with Jon Stewart. A short commercial precedes the actual clip.)

I looked at your links and found it very interesting. Great to see a democrat seriously dealing with issues of faith and politics.

It seems clear to me that people of many different political paths can be functional Christians, however Wallis doesn’t take that position. He uses Christianity to promote his political position. Wallis is a Nader Democrat. The party most hostile to religious views of any sort.
