New bass

I got to use my new bass (Brawley Guitars KB14 cherry) at band practice last night (It was a late Christmas present from Kay after I stumbled upon it at Guitar Showcase.) It sounds luscious! Richard (electric guitar) gave me the greatest compliment by turning to Jay (drums) and saying, “That isn’t a $10,000 Alembic… but it comes darn close, that thing has BALLS!” :-)
