Rebel Lunch

Rebels with a CauseTired and incoherent, but oh well. Lunch after this morning’s worship service. Went out with many of the local Soliton gang. Silliness eventually led to serious talk. Fairly new person with a mind like a vise asked the question: “It sounds like you’re not happy with this church, or with any institutional church. So why do you go on Sunday mornings?” What a wonderful question. Each person had a chance to answer. Didn’t get home until 4:00.

Kay slept in this morning, so she wasn’t at lunch. The lunchies wondered how Kay would answer, so when I got home, I asked her: “Why do you go to this church?” Her answer: “Because God said so, and he hasn’t said otherwise yet.”
