Santa ruined my blogging

[Digidesign Mbox]Sorry I haven’t been blogging much lately. The big culprit was Christmas break — everyone was at home, wanting to use the computer. And when I occasionally got a crack at the machine (sometimes only when everyone else had gone to bed), I wanted to immerse myself in the fantastic gift I received from Kay: an Mbox featuring Pro Tools LE! …This is gobbledygook to most people, I know. Basically, it turns our computer into a recording studio. In terms of power, complexity, and what the pros use, this analogy may help: Pro Tools is to music what Photoshop is to images.
…Is Kay a great wife or what? I was totally, totally surprised. Now I really don’t have time for a job!

    Hey, I say enjoy that new toy! Accept this natural rythm of fun as a gift from God. Blogging will always be here when you get back.
    And yes, Kay sure sounds like a great Wife. You are a wealthy man, Jon!

    Jared, sabotage you! …I find it amazing that this blog comes up so high on a number of searches. For example, do a search for “Jesus Christ Vampire Hunter Trailer”. But my big hit over Christmas was searches for “advent candles meaning”.
