Soliton Pilgrimage

Soliton '05The time is fast approaching for my annual pilgrimage to the Soliton Sessions. I still stumble over my words when people ask me, “What is it?” The short, easy answer is, “It’s an emerging church conference.” But I hesitate to say that. I try to point people to my photos because I think they capture it better than any labels can.

I’m serious when I call it a pilgrimage, with all its spiritual implications. I continue to be shaped by Soliton conversations and relationships every year.

Who’s going?

Whoa. Soliton looks very intense. Very cool also. It looks like the kind of thing you show up to not knowing what to expect but that by the end of it suddenly it all makes sense. I’ll try to get the time off work for it.
